Purpose and scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to every Algorix account, workspace, trial, client portal, project intake request, and deployed workflow. It forms part of our Terms of Service and is designed to keep the platform focused on legitimate internal business operations.
Algorix provides managed private n8n hosting, software, and deployment services for internal workflow automation, system-to-system integrations, document processing, data synchronisation, private retrieval, and self-hosted infrastructure. We do not provide, and do not permit the use of our Services for, cold outreach, mass messaging, lead generation, or contact scraping.
Permitted use
You may use Algorix to automate your organisation’s own internal operations, including:
- routing, validating, and transforming data between systems you are authorised to use;
- synchronising records between your CRM, ERP, finance, support, or operations tools;
- processing documents such as invoices, contracts, forms, and internal reports;
- indexing your own documentation for private retrieval by your own applications;
- sending transactional or service messages to your existing customers or team members where you have a lawful basis and any required consent; and
- monitoring, alerting, and maintaining workflows on infrastructure you own or control.
Prohibited outbound marketing and lead generation
You must not use the Services, directly or indirectly, to:
- send cold, unsolicited, or mass email, SMS, direct messages, or other outbound communications;
- build or operate lead-generation, prospecting, appointment-setting, or outbound sales automation;
- scrape, harvest, extract, purchase, rent, or use third-party contact lists, email lists, lead databases, or personal data for outreach;
- create, enrich, score, or route leads for the purpose of unsolicited marketing or sales contact;
- operate email campaigns, drip sequences, follow-up sequences, or bulk messaging of any kind;
- warm up mailboxes, rotate domains or inboxes, or use any technique intended to evade spam filters, sending limits, or platform controls; or
- contact individuals who have not given the consent required by applicable law, or who have asked not to be contacted.
Other prohibited conduct
You must also not use the Services to:
- violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party platform term;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- transmit malware, conduct unauthorised scanning or attacks, or interfere with systems;
- impersonate another person or organisation, or misrepresent the origin of a message;
- make or influence high-impact decisions about individuals without human review and a lawful basis;
- circumvent usage limits, security controls, or fees; or
- resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to third parties except as expressly permitted in writing.
Review and enforcement
We review onboarding, project intake, and portal requests for compliance with this AUP. We may ask for additional information about a proposed workflow, require safeguards, or decline work that falls outside the permitted scope.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe an account is being used for prohibited outbound marketing, mass messaging, lead scraping, or other abusive activity. Where required or appropriate, we may report the activity to the relevant authorities or platform providers.
If you are unsure whether a proposed workflow is permitted, contact us at contact@algorix.online before deploying it.
Reporting abuse
To report suspected abuse of the Services, email contact@algorix.online with the subject line “Acceptable use report”. Include enough detail for us to investigate, such as the account, workflow, or message involved. We treat reports confidentially and will take appropriate action.
Algorix is the business name under which we operate algorix.online. You can reach the operator of this website at contact@algorix.online.
