01What exactly does Algorix host?
We deploy and maintain a private n8n runtime for your organisation, on your own cloud account or private VPS, or on Algorix-managed hosting. The service covers installation, security updates, monitoring, backups, SSO, audit logs, and ongoing support.
02Which workflows are in scope?
Internal business operations and system-to-system data flow: document processing, ERP and accounting synchronisation, warehouse updates, internal reporting, monitoring, and similar back-office processes. The Acceptable Use Policy lists prohibited activities in full.
03Which activities are out of scope?
Algorix is built for internal operations, not audience growth or sales prospecting. Cold outreach, mass messaging, lead scraping, list enrichment, and outbound sales automation are not supported and are prohibited on the platform.
04Where does our data live?
In infrastructure you own or control. Depending on the plan, the runtime runs in your cloud account, on a dedicated VPS, or in an isolated Algorix-managed environment. We do not resell data, and you keep ownership of your workflows and records.
05How long does deployment take?
Most environments are live within 10 to 14 days after credentials and access are confirmed. Simpler single-workflow deployments can be ready in about a week. We agree on the scope and timeline before work starts.
06Can we leave and keep the workflows?
Yes. The engagement includes the workflow source code, deployment tooling, and runbooks. If you move to your own team or another provider, your workflows continue to run on infrastructure you control.
07How does the 12-day free trial work?
The free trial is a standalone 12-day evaluation with one private test workflow, managed runtime setup, and security and maintenance included. Request it through the Free Trial card and our team confirms setup before access begins. At the end of the 12 days, access ends unless you confirm a paid plan. No card details are collected on this website, so there is no automatic charge when the trial ends.
08How do we start?
Send a short project brief through the contact form. We will confirm whether the workflow fits the platform, answer technical questions, and outline the plan and deployment steps. No payment is collected on this website.
